How It Works
Earned, not purchased.
SILENS does not accept applications. There is no form to fill in, no fee to pay, no social media following that will open the door.
Membership is extended by invitation only. Every prospective member must be proposed by an existing member and seconded by another before any consideration begins.
From there, the process is quiet and unhurried. We observe. We consider. We decide collectively.
If you are the right person, you will already know someone who rides with us. And if you don't, the time may simply not be right.
What We Look For
Four criteria.

Character
Who you are when no one is watching. Integrity is the foundation of everything we build.

Conduct
How you ride. How you speak. How you carry yourself in every situation — on the road and off it.

Consistency
Not a single impressive moment, but a sustained pattern of behaviour over time. Standards that do not slip.

Discretion
An understanding that some things are not for public consumption. The movement is private by design.
What Is Expected
Membership is not a title.
Membership of SILENS carries no privileges beyond the trust and brotherhood of those who ride with you.
It carries responsibility. You represent the movement in everything you do.
Members are expected to uphold the standard at all times — not because they are being watched, but because that is who they are.
Those who fall short of the standard are asked to leave. There are no second chances for conduct that brings the movement into disrepute.
